PicView software
PicView is a fast image viewer that includes many features, including image effects, gallery, image information, and more. It can also automatically adjust to your screen for optimal viewing. The interface is clear and easy to navigate. The
PicView interface can also be changed to show the image just by pressing Alt + Z, and the floating buttons and colored window border can be turned on/off from the settings window. It can also handle images with transparent backgrounds and change them to a checkered background, dark background, or white background by pressing T.
PicView includes 26 shader effects (image filters), including negative colors, old film effects , pencil sketches, etc. These effects can be applied to the image you are currently viewing. This option allows you to sample the effect before committing to it. You can copy the effects to the clipboard via the standard Ctrl + C or save them directly to your device. The effect is also applied when setting images as wallpaper or lock screen.
PicView supports the following file formats (*unusual formats may display slower):
