OrCAD software is one of the best and most professional electronic circuit simulation and analysis programs and is included in the category of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) programs. The term OrCAD is composed of two words: Oregon, which is actually the state where the early versions of this software were born, and CAD, which stands for Computer-aided design. The Cadence SPB OrCAD suite, also known as Allegro PCB or OrCAD PCB, includes various programs for schematic design, simulation, and analysis of various electronic circuits.

Installation Guide
OrCAD version 17.2 and usable for 17.4:
Uninstall previous versions and install Cadence License Manager 12.06 first, and close the license file request window when it appears. Then install the program with default settings.
Now copy the LicenseManager folder in the Crack folder to the program installation location (by default C:\Cadence) and run the LicenseManagerPubKey_DownLoadLy.iR.bat file in it with Run as administrator. Then copy the tools folder to the path C:\Cadence\SPB_17.2 and run the ToolsPubKey_DownLoadLy.iR.bat file and wait for the operation to be completed.
Run the LicenseServerConfiguration.exe file from the path C:\Cadence\LicenseManager with Run as administrator and enter the file License_DownLoadLy.iR.lic in the crack folder and click Next twice without making any changes and finally Finish. A new license will be generated in the path C:\Cadence\LicenseManager with the name license.dat, run it with Notepad and delete only the two lines after the phrase DAEMON cdslmd (which includes the address and port of the cdslmd.exe file) and save the file.
Finally, run the lmtools.exe file from the same path and in the Start/Stop/Reread tab, first click Stop Server and then Start Server or ReRead License File.
Installing the update will cause the crack to malfunction and as a result the program will not run, and the following actions must be performed before installation :
Go to the installation location and rename the SPB_17.2 folder; for example, SPB_17.2_DownLoadLy.iR. Then create a new folder named SPB_17.2 and copy the compnts.dat file in the SPB_17.2_DownLoadLy.iR folder into it. Now install the update in the default path, which is the SPB_17.2 folder.
After the installation is complete, in the Crack folder and from within the Crack folder, copy the tools folder to the SPB_17.2 folder and then run the ToolsPubKey_DownLoadLy.iR.bat file. After the operation window closes, move all the files and folders in the SPB_17.2 folder to the SPB_17.2_DownLoadLy.iR folder. Finally, return the name of the SPB_17.2_DownLoadLy.iR folder to its previous form, i.e. SPB_17.2.
We were unable to test the Linux 17.2 release, the existing license has apparently expired and must be rolled back for use.
OrCAD version 17:
By running the Setup_DownLoadLy.iR.exe file and displaying the installation window, first install the License Manager and close it after the license file request window appears. Then start installing the software by clicking on Product Installation and complete the installation with the default settings. Now copy the LicenseManager folder in the Crack folder to the program installation location (by default C: Cadence) and run the LicenseManagerPubKey_DownLoadLy.iR.bat file in it with Run as administrator. Then copy the tools folder to the C: CadenceSPB_17.0 path and run the ToolsPubKey_DownLoadLy.iR.bat file and wait for the operation to be completed.
Run the BaseLicense.lic file in the CrackLicense Generator path with Notepad and enter your computer name instead of DOWNLOADLY.IR and save. Now run the LicenseGenerator_DownLoadLy.iR.bat file to generate a new license. Copy the generated License_DownLoadLy.iR.lic file to C:\Cadence.
Run the LicenseServerConfiguration.exe file from the path C: CadenceLicenseManager and enter the location of the License_DownLoadLy.iR.lic file and click Next twice without making any changes and finally Finish. A new license will be generated in the path C: CadenceLicenseManager with the name license.dat, run it with Notepad and simply remove the two “” signs from the beginning and end of “C: CadenceLicenseManagercdslmd.exe” and save the file.

OrCAD version 16:

Then start installing the software by clicking on Product Installation and complete the installation. Now copy and paste all the contents of the Crack folder into the program installation folder. Run the Tools.cmd file from the CadenceSPB_16.6 ools path and wait for the operation to be completed and its window to close.
Then, using Notepad, run the src.lic file from the CadenceLicGen path and replace this_host with your computer name in the first line and save the file. Now, in the same folder, run the LicGen.cmd file to generate the license.lic file. Run the license manager by entering License Server Configuration Utility in the Start menu search box and entering the created license.lic file and clicking Next and Finish.

Finally, return the name of the SPB_16.6_DownLoadLy.iR folder to its previous form, i.e. SPB_16.6.
